2025 Important Dates

• Volunteer Registration opens on April 1st

• Climber Registration opens on April 15th

  • 5 Climber positions will be held for Female Competitors for the first 48 hours that registration is open. If not all spots are claimed after 48 hours, the positions will be available for male competitors.

  • Join the waiting list!! MWISA typically needs 15 waiting list members to replace climbers that cannot make it.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2024
8:00 am – 4:00 pm Site set-up – Owen Park
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm MANDATORY Judges & Volunteer Meeting – Owen Park
5:30 pm – 8:00 pm MANDATORY Event walk thru and gear inspection- Owen Park Pizza will be served for climbers, judges and volunteers.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8, 2024
6:00 am – 7:00 am Breakfast at Owen Park (bagels and coffee)
7:15 am Roll call and briefing at your event by head judges
7:30 am Competition Begins - Preliminary Events
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch Break
4:00 pm Finish Events
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Preliminary Events Award Ceremony

SUNDAY, JUNE 9, 2024
7:30 a.m. Roll call – Owen Park - A light Breakfast and Lunch will be provided
8:00 a.m. Master’s Challenge Begins
11:00 a.m. Final Award’s Ceremony
